Kyra Williams

I am the co-founder of both The Little London Theatre Company and The Collective. The Little London Theatre Company was set up to provide a platform for New Writing on the London Fringe and also to showcase the talents of the actors, writers and directors in the company. For me, The Collective is an extension of that but is more flexible in that it allows for a company feel but without the pressure of funding a production.

Through regular workshops, it is a place to practice all the technical aspects of acting as well as explore plays I am passionate about; plays by Shakespeare and Chekhov through to political writers like Trevor Griffiths and Harold Pinter and including new plays by emerging writers. It is also a place where I can connect with other like-minded people and work with directors in an environment which is all about creativity, play and having the freedom to explore ideas.
