I love the Collective. It is a space where I get to make mistakes and learn from them, meet people who are like minded and work with directors who I admire and whose work I find exciting and stimulating. Everyone is really open and you can have a good play.

On another level, the Collective has given me a receptive space where I have tentatively begun directing and exploring plays with professional actors I respect. It has also given me a support network of practitioners who support my work and vice versa and who encourage me to fulfil and expand my creative potential to the max.
